lightworks help

So i have been trying to learn on how to use lightworks and i have an idea on how to import and put the audio and video in a track but that's not the point i have downloaded some music from NCS so there should not be a problem importing the audio file. when every i click import on one of the song i get the error that says :ahrix - Nova.mp3 failure    Finished. So i'm not sure what to do if anyone can help or needs more info happy to help.

 

The file is the song i am trying to import.
