How old is this PC, is it freshly built?

Can you get into BIOS? This error code usually points to a problem with Windows being unable to boot, check the boot order in the BIOS and make sure Windows Boot Manager is option #1.

If this has suddenly started happening (has worked in the past) Windows may be corrupt, meaning you may have to reinstall Windows.
