My computer is feeling a bit sluggish. Clicking on stuff sometimes takes a while to respond, or at least longer than usual. I've tried scanning with Malwarebytes ADWcleaner, but both came up empty. Is this just some sort of stuff the scans missed? Or is it something else? Thank you!

Check your boot drive for performance issues, maybe it's failing/starting to?

How long has it been doing this?

I only noticed it a few days ago.

The only solution I can think of is backing up everything you need to a cloud drive, and re-installing windows.

I was also thinking of doing a clean install, but my games take FOREVER to install, along with everything else. I'm fine with that, but I'd like to keep it as a last resort.

I'll check, but I doubt it. I only got the drive a few months ago.

Well, I bought a used (but essentially new, with 11 hours of Power-On time) Seagate 1TB Barracuda and it died after 6 hours of usage :P The point is, you never know!

Drive status seems good, but FYI, you need to change in the program options to show Raw Values in hexadecimal (?IIRC?) so they're normal numbers and easier to decipher ^^

How do I do this? I haven't used this program before.

Go Function -> Advanced Feature -> Raw Values and choose 10 [DEC] ^_^

Then the drive looks to be in a good condition, the issue has to lie somewhere else :| Sadly, such an issue can be caused by a multitude of things so it's hard to determine :/
