Surface pro 4 i5 really slow

Hi i have two surfaces pro 4's with an i5 and 4gb of ram. One of them is my fathers and is really slow. And then there is mine filled up with programs and mine is lighnting fast. My father's surface only has chrome and a couple programs. I checked for malware with malwarebytes and its clean. Any ideas?

As the guy above said, just reinstall Windows.....if you're not comfortable doing that just try Malewarebytes, its pretty much the perfect anti virus

I did use malware bytes

Have u run a complete scan? And did u use the premium version?

Did not use premium and pretty sure it was a full scan.

Yeah, mine completely remove any kind of suspicious software. Back to normal speed....
