Who knows, and really who cares?

This is Apple, who are pretty much redundant

Apple have said they won't increase screen size in width as it fits "Perfectly the length of someone's thumb"

i would say, when they only have a 2% market share, then they MAYBE will see that their fanboys have grown some braincells and went to the OS/phone that suits their need and not because it has an apple on it....

Hopefully never. I wouldn't want a larger screen than they already have. I hate that all of the good Android phones are huge. I have used android in the past (S3, note 2, incredible) and have always gone right back. If I need a bigger screen I'll just use my ipad. I hated how large the note 2 was.

Yea, let's make it bigger every year. Until it's TV-sized phone, and then they can make the "mini" iphone with current size.
