First thing to do is check your motherboard manual for some kind of easy debug led list. My MSI motherboard has four leds on the side of it with four different common issues, should any of them light up that would help show what the problem probably is. It won't tell  you the exact problem, but it could help figure out if it's an issue.

However, something we need to know is do you have a video card? Are your screens plugged into the video card? Ryzen 5/7 don't have any on-board graphics and you won't get a post without a video card. Also a simple solution could be that the monitors aren't turned on/set to the right place, or whatever. Good luck, keep us updated.

@Morris90ne Are the ram sticks in the right channels? Sometimes that can cause systems not to post.

@Morris90ne Well, unless your computer case as an external speaker  you could plug into the motherboard to hopefully better hear its sound cues for any issues, it seems that it could be any one of these issues. The power is not getting to the CPU socket. The CPU socket is not registering a CPU. The CPU is DOA. All of the ram sticks are DOA. The only way to really find out would be to have a second of everything. My motherboard and or CPU is non-working currently, due to some unfortunate luck with the stock cpu cooler. I'm not really able to test if it's the motherboard not reading the CPU, or if it's the CPU that's not working. It's frustrating for sure, but at this point unless you have a friend with a working Ryzen system that can help you troubleshoot, or you're willing to pay a local PC repair shop $50-100 for them to tell you what's for sure not working *or maybe what might have been the issue and everything ends up hunky-dory* the only option is RMA discussion with your retailers. Unfortunately that's what I have do to. I wish you the best of luck!
