Bootable Windows USB Question

Not technically a troubleshooting question, but it is related. Is there a way to put multiple Windows installers on one flash drive and still have them be bootable? 

 

Or do I really need about a half dozen 8 GB usb sticks? Been using discs, but I can't count on the people asking me to fix their computer to have an optical drive anymore. Guess I could get an external....
