GPU Bottleneck, Right?

This is a GPU Bottleneck or is it normal to be like this while playing watch dogs 2

GPU Bottleneck. GTX 1050 Ti is not enough to play Watch Dogs 2 at max. Its a bad optimized game.

Because if you have a cpu bottleneck you will get stutters.

Sometimes when you have a CPU bottleneck you end up with stuttering and stuff, which never happens with a gpu bottleneck (unless you're dealing with a trash gpu).

AT ABOVE LOW GRAPHIC SETTINGS I GET STUTTERING.

Watch dogs 2 is badly optimized I got the same on GTX1060.

Thanks for telling that it is a 1050ti aka a budget GPU which can't play it at Max settings.

FYI I play it at lowest.

Thats one of the reason to call a port bad, others being bugs, bad keyboard/mouse support, lack of FOV control, and many others.
