I need help I'm so wound up

I attempted to put thermal grizzly conductonaut on my gpu, put it back together leds come on and the fans spin up but my screen will get no signal, I've tried everything I can, what will be the issue?

Did you MAKE ABSOLUTE SURE none of the stuff is on any of the surrounding electronics of the die?

I put too much on and wasn't careful and I've paid the consequence, I've got enough shit going on in my life and I've just smashed it to pieces with an hammer, il link you the video if you want

i have learnt my lesson, its one think to put liquid metal on your cpu but your gpu is a no go. i should have used some tape or something, im now ordering an msi gaming x 1080, i would have gotten a 1080ti but im having to sell my phone to pay towards this 1080 and the ti was out of my price range.
