Looking to upgrade gpu

I've had my R7 250x for a long time now and I'm looking to upgrade my gpu. I have a budet of around £120. I've seen GTX 770/780's, r9 280xs and GTX 960's second hand all in my price range. It would be an easy choice as to which i would get but i have limiting factors. Mainly the fact I only have a Corsair CX430 power supply. I will only be playing overwatch and League of Legends on my PC. So what gpu should i get?

gt 1030, gtx 1050/1050 ti

I just managed to get a used GTX970 for £120 last week through eBay.

gumtree is also a good site to use, I managed the get a R9 380 for £100 back in November
