Unfortunatly not. What you can do is download Audio Switcher and set it to change your default audio device via a hotkey. 

It's not quite auto switching, I would say it's the next best thing.

If you only ever plan to use either of these two outputs, or at least in normal use, disable all the other audio devices and set the headphone output as the default device. When they're not connected it'll use the only other device available, and when they're connected they will take priority.
