GPU Bottleneck?

A friend upgraded his GPU and gave me his old one which is a XFX R7 360 2GB an I was thinking of putting it in my potato of a PC running a Compaq Presario SR5433WM, Intel i5 2320, 300W power supply, 1TB hard drive, Ripjaws X 8GB, with no dedicated GPU. If I were to put the R7 in first I think I would need a bigger power supply but I didn't know if these parts are compatible and will it cause any bottlenecks? I'm not too sure what they are but from I've heard its when parts hold back others. In this case would the GPU and or CPU cause one? I'm not aiming to run the best of the best games, just little titles such as Left for Dead 2, League of Legends, Osu, CS:GO, H1Z1, etc.

That CPU should be just fine for what you do. Sandy Bridge is a little old now, but still holds up for lots of things, especially the core i5 and up. The power supply might not have the 6pin power connector that I think that GPU requires, however.

you'll need a 6pin connector which your PSU doesn't offer, but it shouldn't bottleneck at all.
