cpu upgrade

hey i just got a asrock z87m oc froumula mobo, with 8gb of ram, 2 tb hdd, sapphire radon 1gb gpu. I need a cpu i bought a i5 that wasn't right with the chip set and now i am coming here to find out what cpu i should get i need a quad core im tring to game and normal work station stuff

4770k is still a good CPU, look into that. Or a 4790k if you want.
