maybe try troubleshooting your psu using the paperclip method? i dont really know how good thermaltake psu's are. http://www.wikihow.com/Check-a-Power-Supply

 

also pics would be helpful

 

also make sure the power cable on mobo is secure. I have read that this motherboard has a problem with  attaching the power cable.
