Hi,

I am having trouble deciding the parts I want for a new PC based on a Ryzen 5 1600 or 1600x.

What would be the memory and MOBO you would recommend(as I already have everything else in an old PC)?

(UK stores)

Wants:

-Optical SPDIF output

-That's it.

Thanks in advance.

Colour preference would be black, but RGB is okay, as long as I can control it.

Budget would be around £450.

Thanks for the reply.

These suggestions look nice, but I was looking to get the CPU, RAM, and MOBO for around £450.

Sorry for any confusion.

This could do it.

With Ryzen you want faster ram, Ryzen loves it. so yes, having a lower clocked one you can overclock with a higher frequency ram is the way to go here
