Hello, I was wondering how wireless headsets work. I'm thinking of buying one but I dont have wifi on my pc, and I don't know how bluetooth works. I mean like would it work thru the ethernet cord or how

CPU - i7-4790k

GPU - MSI 980 Ti 

Mobo - MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Memory - 32 GB DDR3

Storage - 3.4 TB

Wifi isn't necessary when buying wireless headsets, it usually come with a dongle that you chuck into your pc and voila! You have a working wireless headset! :)

Wireless headsets work over the 2.4ghz band (same as Wi-Fi but not the same protocol). I have never seen a headset which connects to your Wi-Fi. You always get a dongle which you plug in your pc.
