My computer is lagging on and off every few min during idle, gaming, and voice calls. I just moved from Las Vegas to Florida and took the computer with me.  I have troubleshooted some things myself such as watching my graphics card and cpu temps while stressed and idle, they were fine. I watched my usage during idle and gaming, they were normal. I tried pushing in my graphics card and memory a little to see if it was loose, it wasn't. All my system files are on an SSD and so are a few games I tested with to see if my HDD was broken, no luck still lag. I have also cleared the whole computer and reinstalled windows AND updated all drivers. Please help.

Strange.   What version of Windows are you running?  I got similar things and reinstalling always fixed it, my suspicion is it's a problem with a driver on Windows, or Windows itself.  Most likely a driver, I'm no professional though.

Reinstalling is obviously a last resort if you have important data, or if Cyberpower didn't provide you a driver disk for network drivers.  I suggest checking computer vitals first, run a disk scan by running Command Prompt as Administrator and running check disk chkdsk docs here and if that passes try reinstalling your drivers and resetting CMOS.  If you don't know how to do any of this, then just reply and me or someone else here will walk you through it.

No.  If your SSD has errors I suggest downloaded a SMART (Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology Software), CrystalDisk Info is a popular piece of software for this. I suggest downloading it here because the original website is pretty confusing and full of advertisements.  This will find any errors on your drives without the need for running a scan (good for SSDs).

If you reinstalled, and still experience lag and you say that you found errors from your SSD, that could mean bad news.   Your SSD could be dying.  Thus I suggest creating a full system image and backup before proceeding with anything further, and if your computer is still under warranty do not open it up.  Read the warranty contract from CyberPower, and if able to, get the computer checked by a professional and if they find any issues send CyberPower the receipt (keep a copy), the invoice and a the report as well as the PC itself and if the warranty is still valid, and the contract allows it, CyberPower must fix it.

I can help further if you cannot do this.  One last thing you could try is resetting your CMOS, but it will most likely not help if your SSD is faulty.  Detailed guide on clearing cmos by HowtoGeek.

Good Luck.
