Hello community!
I am a new one here and this is my first post, so i hope i can get answer that's bothering me for a while. Well im in dilema w/e to buy a 4K 60hz monitor or 1440p 144hz.
I have some older games that i didnt tryed yet and i rly want to play them. Will taking 4K result in rescaling and thus runing my experiance and image quality or i will be ok?
Here is the list of games and pls if u can tell me what games here support 4K resolution. Is buying 4K worth it at all at this given time or myb some year later? :) Thank u so much!!

Note! Imma using Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB AORUS Xtreme Edition 11G Video Card along with Ryzen 1700.

Run them in that mode (I forget what it calls it) where the GPU pushes out 4K and see how it performs, then expect it to be a little better on a native 4K screen. I don't have access to my PC right now, otherwise I'd boot it up and find that setting.

You mean OGSSAA. I do it with my 1440p monitor, looks great.

I feel like some of the older games will just scale like nothing is different, but the textures are not meant to go to 4k so they might look pretty dodgy so go get some high res texture packs.

The really old games probably will just be upscale *insert max res here*

I would get the 144hz monitor jsut becasue of how good i heard they are ( I still run 60Hz cause ima pesant)
