The specs of this machine are and FX 8320 4GB of DDR3 in 2x2 and an EVGA GTX 950 Super Clock it wouldn't put Windows 10 so I tried 7 and it would immediately blue screen after several seconds in BIOS it was intense because it's well under 50 degrees and I even tried it with even tried multiple hard drives and even a fresh install even a fresh USB I do not know why this won't boot Windows and if it's broken for some reason I'm going to lose a lot of money

Try to get a picture of the blue screen with a cellphone or something and look up the error code; that might help. Is this a recent build; is any of the hardware new? I find something like this can usually be something as simply as a piece of hardware not being securely plugged in, like a ram stick or something.
