So i have CPU:Intel I5 6500 3.2GHZ oost 3.6ghz  .  GPU:VGA Gigabyte  Nvidia gtx 1070 8gb       ram:HyperX Fury 16GB 2400mhz DDR4 CL15 DIMM kit of 2 PSU: Cooler Master GM series 650W 

HDD:WD BLACK 1TB   SSD: Kingston 120GB   MotherBoard:Asus H110m-E Desktop Motherboard H110ME   

 

Will this Pc be good for gaming?

And will it bottleneck?

And whatsthe best cpu for 250 euros

Will bottleneck a little at 1080p (Not enough for 144hz) but fine for 1440p+. Would also get an R5 over the i5.

It won't bottleneck. Go for the Ryzen 5 1600(X) instead of the Intel Core i5 6500.

I have the 1151 socket Lga. plus i will play 1080p games at 60refresh rate or. Hz will it work?

It will work fine, though I would say a 1060/580 is fine for that.

Go for the AMD RX580 instead if you plan to game at 1080p/60Hz.

Problem is i have the 1151 socket i cant buy another motherboard can you suggest an intel cpu? For 250 euros

The AMD RX580 is a GPU... not a CPU.  If you can't buy a new motherboard then the i5 6500 will be just fine for gaming.

i5 6500 should be fine like RaptorCandy said, but if you really do want a new cpu an i7 7700 is about 280 euros or an i5 7600k is about 212 (based on amazon uk prices)
