steam internet speed bug?

so yesterday my internet decided to speed up... 
bitch youre jealous of this speed. 

for real though what do you guys think caused this lol
i doubt my internet is faster than nsas but i dunno...


in case youre wondering thats 3.6 exabytes

Depends on the surver you are connected to, usually owned by the developer. That looks like the saturn server, pretty local. When you try and download Rust from Gerhatak6, grab a cup of tea.

I get the exact opposite, where Steam gets stuck at 14kb/s, which is annoying 'cause I have 100mbit fiber.

thats most likely  bc your disk is hitting 100% does it to me all the time

It can't be though, it happens on an SSD and so far changing my download region fixes it every time.
