so i've been tracking my DDR4 ram i bought on newegg, and i noticed that it hasn't moved at all in 2+ days (its at a fedex location a couple hours where i live). so i called up Fedex to trace it. shortly after i got a call back from them saying that it has gone missing and that they'll be call me back for further updates within the next 2 days.. 

 

i never had a situation like this before, what should i do now?

the RAM is for my system upgrade. i already have the mobo and CPU which are bought from newegg

Sometimes they don't update their tracking. I had a package stop at one place for 5 days and I thought it got lost but it showed up the next day

Yea, don't listen to him, it's just not necessary, you're a customer and it doesn't matter why you bought it, they have an obligation to you either way. FedEx admitted it was lost which means it's their fault and their insurance should cover the cost. Either way just wait two days like they said, then contact Newegg and tell them what happened, they will probably send you a new one and handle FedEx on their end. If not then FedEx will have to reimburse you directly for the lost item and shipping cost.

Having issues with a Corsair AIO? Possible fix here:

Are you getting weird fan behavior, speed fluctuations, and/or other issues with Link?

Are you running AIDA64, HWinfo, CAM, or HWmonitor? (ASUS suite & other monitoring software often have the same issue.)

Corsair Link has problems with some monitoring software so you may have to change some settings to get them to work smoothly.

-For AIDA64: First make sure you have the newest update installed, then, go to Preferences>Stability and make sure the "Corsair Link sensor support" box is checked and make sure the "Asetek LC sensor support" box is UNchecked.

-For HWinfo: manually disable all monitoring of the AIO sensors/components.

-For others: Disable any monitoring of Corsair AIO sensors.

That should fix the fan issue for some Corsair AIOs (H80i GT/v2, H110i GTX/H115i, H100i GTX and others made by Asetek). The problem is bad coding in Link that fights for AIO control with other programs. You can test if this worked by setting the fan speed in Link to 100%, if it doesn't fluctuate you are set and can change the curve to whatever. If that doesn't work or you're still having other issues then you probably still have a monitoring software interfering with the AIO/Link communications, find what it is and disable it.

well i already called newegg and they made a claim, but they also told me to wait for fedex's updates if possible. 

 

also i thank for the reassurance. honestly i am pretty worried about this situation since this never happened to me before. hopefully this can be resolved quickly because i am so ready to (re)build my PC but can't because i don't have the RAM.
