Please post full system specifications.

What is the motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, power supply?

Is the RAM on the motherboards supported QVL?

Were any of the CPU pins bent?

Have you tried clearing the CMOS?

Yes the motherboard supports my ram and I also checked if the pins are bent and they aren't bent. How do I clear the CMOS?

Switch off the power on the back of the power supply and/or unplug the power cable, then remove the CR2032 battery on the motherboard. Wait 90 seconds, then reinstall the battery and power the system back on.

Alternatively you could short the CMOS jumper pins although that doesn't always work for one reason or another.

Try to turn on your system without GPU, and see if it's still flashing.

Remove your RAM sticks and only plug one back.

Check again if your CPU is inserted in the socket like it should be.

If you can't get it working, send back your motehrboard.

I'm going to return it back. How's the ASUS STRIX ROG B350-F GAMING motherboard?

Nothing special, but will be just fine.

I'm using B350M mortar ... one of the cheapest motherboard for AM4, and it's working great.
