get a locked i7 6700/7700, b250 mobo, stock cooler and spend the money on a gtx 1070 instead, it'll give you a much bigger fps boost than just an overclock. psu isn't good, get something like a CX grey label or seasonic s/m12ii instead.

What's your bugget what all do you need? I would look at a r5 1600 and some 4000mhz ram..the Tim on the i7 7700k is trash stock heat sink and no ocing it runs hot as hell. Also a i7 will be bottleneked by the gtx 1060..you can prob get a r5 1600 4000mhz ram and a gtx 1070 for the same price

very good, but overkill. a 550w unit will work fine. what's your country and budget?
