Hyper-V not connecting

I use hyper-v on a daily basis. I had a power outage and now i can not "start" my server. I can't import my machine's or do anything at all..I have made sure it starts in services as automatic but it doesn't help. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled hyper-v 3 times but it doesn't change the issue.

Windows 10 Pro
