Need help upgrading.

Hey, I need help deciding what to do.

Current system specs:

Cpu: i5-4690k

Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming M5

GPU: 970

I was offered by a guy to trade the cpu and motherboard and $250 AUD (yes im australian) for a, i7-4820K and a ASUS Rampage iV Gene.

Is it worth the upgrade? if not what should i upgrade

I think this computer is somewhat nice. Do you have any issues with it? Is it to slow for you? What do you use your computer for? Because if it's only gaming, I doubt you would notice a big difference. Not a difference worth 250 AUD, considering you are going to keep the 970 in this trade....
