The cheapest B250 motherboard I founded, is MSI B250I GAMING PRO AC. Is this good? (this motherboard needs only 4-pin CPU cable)

yes. It is a locked pentium. it will work with ANY LGA 1511 socket motherboard. By any I do mean ANY.

1. Budget & Location
I'm living in Russia, but I will buy PC parts on computeruniverse (https://www.computeruniverse.ru/en/). Budget: Up to 45-50K rubles (including shipping)
2. Aim
I'm aiming for video editing and gaming (I will run games like GTA 5, Battlefield 1, etc)
3. Monitors
At home where I submitted topic, I have a ViewSonic VS14761 with 1920x1080 resolution. But if I want move my PC to my grandmother's home, I have a LG Flatron W2043T with 1600x900.
4. Peripherals
On both homes I already have keyboard and mice, but if I want to use my PC where there's no keyboard or mice (or both), I will use Logitech K400.

And, here is the PC parts (except motherboard):

It'll be perfectly fine for your needs. Its a pretty decent ITX motherboard, even including a metal reinforced PCIe slot

https://www.computeruniverse.ru/en/products/90684063/be-quiet-pure-power-10-80-plus-bronze.asp

https://www.computeruniverse.ru/en/products/90340574/seasonic-s12ii-430-bronze-430-watt-atx2-2.asp

You're Russian? (If no, then still there was some games, which uses more than 6-7 GB)

SSD? (But how I will put in this case a 3.5 inch HDD with this HDD?)

(Thanks for recommendations, but I'm for better 80 Plus certification and with some remaining watts, when later I can buy Intel Core i7 + GTX 1070, if I want.)
