Ok, So the deal is my foreman at work has a PS4 and I have my PC. We both wind up taking these with us on the road (mine being an ITX Elite 130) so we can play our various games.

However it turns out that he's impressed by my PC in that it looks great (graphics) and wouldn't mind having a PC so he can play some of the Civ games.

Right now I have a couple of used parts, for systems. My older rig is an i3 2100 with 8GB 1333 RAM, GTX 460 (ouch) and no HDD. I also have a PSU lying around (seasonic M-12II [not working properly, need to RMA]), i3 6100 and 8GB DDR4 2100 RAM.

Now I tried to post the older 2100 but no post, no beep. Havn't really torn into it yet to see if I can get it to post by doing something else. Not sure what the problem is but its been sitting for close to a year. Might be something loose or PSU not working.

The issue is I only have $250 budget for HDD, GPU and other stuff. I'd like to get the Sandy Bridge MB to pose because its got a valid windows. If not, well... we'll see.

What about an older system like a first gen i5/i7 and then stick in a 1050Ti or something used like 770
