One last question since you didn't answer it last time, but you probably did try it already;

 

Did you try to change the scaling mode yet? All the combinations anyway.

@SpiritWrathyeah and fully screen helps but nothing is as crisp as with the ati ill be getting a new monitor my next paycheck if it bugs me too much but its almost the same just a little less crisp but its good enough thank you a lot for your help

FIXED IT TO ANYONE WHO HAS THIS ISSUE GO TO YOUR REMOTE AND HIT PICTURE SIZE AND SET SCALING TO NO SCALING IM SO HAPPY I FIXED IT

Congratulations =D

 

So in the end I was kind of correct, just that it wasn't the scaling in the nvidia control panel but on the TV itself. =P
