graphic memory clock 50%

every day when i start up my computer i se a line that is flashing on the screean and my memory clock is goes down to about half what it is suposed to be.

only way to fix i hawe found it it running a game untill it blackscreeans and alt+f4 out of it, usuly after this my memory clock usuly goes back up for the rest of the day.

 

i hawe tried reinstaling drivers and softvare 4 my graphics, even tryed removing it compleatly whit ddu b4 reinstaling, but the problem still persists.

 

annyone knows how to fix this??
