Need a price range, but for shopping in this expensive-ass country use umart and msy over PCCG as between them they usually have all the same products and are normally cheaper.

Even going with the Pentium g4560 and a gtx 1050ti, a complete box with windows is $832 on PCCG, so around $815ish from other sources together. Not a viable option to get one for $600 without going used parts and for that just go to gumtree and see what you can find.

Found something like this around $550 without tax or shipping https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/yJHQ2R

If you find cheaper motherboard that compatible, then you can get a better gpu.

didn't list windows as OP can use linux or unactivated windows for free.

check my PC build here: https://valid.x86.fr/jyjc2n

Would recommend buying them from your local PLE (assuming you're in a part of Aus that has one), they have decently reasonable prices.

CPU: Intel Core i3 7100 Kabylake @ 3.9GHz - $159

Motherboard: MSI B250M PRO-VD LGA1151 mATX - $99

Memory: GeIL 8GB (1x 8GB) DDR4 Pristine C16 @ 2400MHz - $85

Graphics: Galax GeForce GTX1050 2GB GDDR5 - $169

Case: GamerChief Essent E102 Mid-Tower Case - $49

PSU: FSP Hydro 500W 80PLUS Bronze - $79

Storage: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM010 1TB 3.5" - $69

Total: $637 AUD

For an OS, you can use non-activated Windows 10 for free by using Microsoft's media creation tool to create a bootable USB, or just buy it for another $100.

Didn't see OP's budget of $600, made a few compromises to bring it down to that point
