Hello I have some issues regarding chrome, and everyone I ask doesn't ever feel this. I'll start by my setup i5 4670k gtx 1070 16 gb ram 120gb ssd and 500 gb hdd. If I watch a youtube video, and I jump in it suddenly it stops responding and my restore, but the video is entire green or the video shuts down. Another problem is sometimes on Facebook it just wont let me type on messenger, I really don't know what to do, or how to fix it? anyone?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place :)

I said them in the post.

I just feel like I shouldn't have to remove that setting, since many games I play are also CPU intensive.

I would disable Hardware acceleration, I had the exact issue on both my systems and disabling it fixed it. And I noticed no performance issues with chrome afterwards.
