Hey guys,

I've been having problems with my pc. When I boot it I get loaded into BIOS with an error "PC has insufficient pci resources".

I've looked for multiple solutions such as disabling 4g decoding which I can't find in my motherboard bios( Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P)

I seem to be able to force windows to start but that comes with errors of it's own such as my Ethernet port or Pci-e Ethernet port not functioning.

What do I do to fix my problem.

Should I buy a new motherboard?

Thanks for your help!

Edit:

specs:

GPU:R9 390 MSI

CPU:Intel i5 6500

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-HD3P

Memory: Hyper x 8GB DDR4

storage:m.2 ssd nvme 240gb
