I'll just guess... because the information is not really giving much for trouble shooting.

 

From the look of the WIFI Card, it's pretty old. Then I would guess you run windows 10? If that is the case, Win 10 does indeed not support many old Wifi Chipsets. Even from Intel... 

 

For more help, a screenshot form the device manager with the card plugged in, usually on the top it should be under unidentified devices... Else the wireless card can just be kaputt.

Main System:

Anghammarad : Asrock Taichi x570, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X @4900 MHz. 32 GB DDR4 3600, some NVME SSDs, Gainward Phoenix RTX 3070TI

 

System 2 "Igluna" AsRock Fatal1ty Z77 Pro, Core I5 3570k @4300, 16 GB Ram DDR3 2133, some SSD, and a 2 TB HDD each, Gainward Phantom 760GTX.

Still could be that the wifi card is just plain too old to be supported. It's a 54 mbit one... sheesh... 10+ years old I guess. 

 

Reminds me I still got a few 3com PCMCIA wifi cards... 10+ years old =) any takers?

To be honest, grab 5 or ten bucks and get a new wireless device. USB for example. 

 

That Card Manufacturer is dead for a loooong long time... I would be surprised if there are drivers for Windows 7. From the age of that card I would say Win XP max.
