Need Help with upgrading memory

I am running the following specs

 

• ASUS RAMPAGE V EXTREME LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard
• Intel Core i7-5820K Haswell-E 6-Core 3.3 GHz LGA 2011-v3 140W BX80648I75820K Desktop Processor
• G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Desktop Memory Model

 

I understand 5820k supports maximum frequency of 2133MHz from the intel specs. I would like to upgrade my memory and still utilize the quad channel.  I could afford another 32gb in the format of 8gb x 4 so bumping my specs to 48gb.

I have following questions.

• If I upgrade to 48 gb Will I be still utilizing quad channel setup in the format of 4/8/4/8/4/8/4/8 ? 
• Thinking about going with this https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231885&cm_re=G.SKILL_Ripjaws_5_Series_32GB-_-20-231-885-_-Product. Mine was Ripjaws 4 series, will 5 series be compatible with my existing 4 series?
