I would go for the thermal take case. Both seem to have good reviews.

The only reason i say this is because phanteks is selling thier cases that are very similar to the 400c but with a good 10$ of and ~20$ mir.

I'm very un impressed with my 400C I really wish i stuck with the S340 I had before as the 400C cost me over double (Pre-orded it after seeing it on Linus) 

 

I'm currently looking at the Thermaltake View 27/28 series as the sideways mounted GPU Looks Epic AF 

 

But main point, I really can't recommend the 400C as its really not anything special at all.
