So my Problem is, how do i reduce the Price or what Components can I change without affecting the Perfomance that much (Aiming for 950-990€ bcs im slightly over budget)

but you have a budget and you want to be around 900$ - 990$ what I build is almost the same performance the 1070 not not a crzay bost from a 580

From a quick search, if you were to get the r5 1600 (I'd also recommend this) it'd come with a cooler that's 54mm tall. the case supports coolers up to 56mm so you could use that to save €35.

A couple more ITX am4 boards were announced at Computex. I know Asrock has one coming with built-in Wifi . just wait a couple weeks :)
