I've been testing some OC on my 1600 and managed a stable 3.8GHz @ 1.375V throu BIOS. Thing is, when I try to OC with Ryzen Master, whatever value i set as CPU voltage, it won't change. I also tried setting vcore to auto in BIOS, but still nothing. I can set higher voltages within BIOS, but I don't need the CPU to run 24/7 at 1.4+V.

Could someone explain why I can't change vcore with Ryzen Master?

Software overclocking will always be janky for cpus, always do this through the bios to avoid headache.

Yeah I was using Ryzen Master only for a quick jump to 3.9-4.0GHz with increased voltages, I didn't want to run 1.4 or more V constantly. Too bad it doesn't work, I'll stick with my current OC

Yeah, I wish they sorted it out too. The golden 4ghz is just out of my reach for 24/7 and I'm not willing to go to 1.4+ haha.

1.45V is the safe max daily OC. I run 4 GHz at 1.41 on my 1700. People on this forum are running 1.5V+
