Suggestions/Help Mini ITX build

Ive built two full size PC's in my time and i plan to build a third, however this is for my older brother, I want to build him a small build because he crosses the state quite often and he needs it to be small so it doesn't take up to much space. 

 

I want to try and re create a mid range/low range version of this....

I was just wondering if someone has any experience with this case and if so, if there would be any compatibility issues regarding size.

-I would get a 1400 instead and forgo the AIO

-why 2 SSDs and not 1?

-you should get 1x8gb ram instead for better upgradibility to 16gb

-not so great psu
