Splitting audio for recording without VAC

Hi guys, i need some help.

Basically what i want to do is have my game audio in one stream and TS in another for when i am recording gameplay but i of course still want the final audio to go into my headset.

I know this is possible by using VAC however i have tried this before however this has delays and has to be set up every time i switch on the PC.

If anyone knows how i can do this then please post some suggestions.

 

I hope this is enough information.
