PC blue screen errors after GPU insallation

Hey dudes, i brought an RX 460 from a friend and as it turned on it worked for about 3 mins then blue screened the PC. We figured out that the fans were not spinning so we installed MSI afterburner to turn on the fans and that worked good the PC was working fine and games could run stable.The next day on the first boot even though the fans were spinning it bluescreened (it didn't bluescreen itself but the error was called bluescreen error). What could be the problem? My freind has the card the day before and it worked like a charm? Sorry for poorly worded question it's kinda hard to explain.

Bluescreenview gives more information about what bluescreen you got, and code etc.
