hey,

Sorry for posting a second thread, I just changed a good bit of the parts and needed some opinions.

Ahead are several builds I would use for playing/possibly recording FPS games in 1080p with a single monitor.

My budget is around $850-$925, would prefer to stay on the low end though.

I know this next one's a real stretch, not sure if its worth it though-

Would I be better off with an intel CPU for any of the builds? Anything I am missing? Any issues? Is there a large difference between the 1060 3gb vs. 6gb? Which of those two is the better value?

Note: Also, is that mobo ok? I selected it b/c I thought it would be a reasonable value and I do not need many PCI/PCI-E/RAM slots.

Thanks.

1. Will be held back by slow, single-channel memory

2. Decent, albeit the GPU is less powerful

3. The GTX 1060 3GB is crippled, and the Kingston V300 is garbage

4. Same about the 1060 3GB

5. Held back by memory

So for #1 I should go with two 4gb sticks as opposed to one 8gb?
