cu II has 2 fans 

and CU has 1

 

and the fan looks like 80mm to me

As said above, the CU cards only have one fan. They are usually lower end GPUs.

ok and size of fan please?

 

I might be wrong but CU got 80mm fans and CU 2 got 120mm fans. There might be some weird cases where this is not true...

its weird that gpu makers dont say the size of the fans used in the specs... what size is this 7770 fan? : http://www.msi.com/product/vga/R7770-PMD1GD5.html

It's too small for a 120mm so that is a 80mm :)
