I would replace i3 with g4560, the difference is like 2 fps and the price difference is like $50 cheaper, so with 210 you can easily get rx 580 8gb or 1060 6gb, either one will do you good (though, the PSU might not work with a 580). You can also replace the motherboard with a b250 unless you plan on upgrading to an overclock i7 later on.

Before that, there are lots of things to improve in your build:
Get G4560
Drop aftermarket CPU cooler
Get B250 mobo
Get at least 8GB RAM
Bad PSU, get a better one

Pair it with either:

GTX 1050TI

RX 470/570

RX 480/580

GTX 1060 6GB

Desktop specs:

Spoiler

AMD Ryzen 5 5600 Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB Gigabyte B550M DS3H mATX

Asrock Challenger Pro OC Radeon RX 6700 XT Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (8Gx2) 3600MHz CL18 Kingston NV2 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD
