Most people are probably familiar with the problem of gaming at resolution below the native one of the monitor. It moves windows around, makes them smaller, in worst case moves them offscreen and is just in general a pain.

Is there any solution to that? There are a bunch of older games I play that just don't support high enough resolutions to keep up and some more recent ones like CSGO that I just don't want to run native and I don't want to have to adjust everything every time after playing. If there is a tool or setting for that I would be most grateful for help. I'm running on Windows 10 64-bit, AMD R9 390 with a semi-recent driver and two monitors, one being 4k, the main one and the second 1080p. If any further info is needed, let me know
