Different ram speeds

Hello, Right now i have in my computer 2x4GB sticks running at 2400Mhz, but they can overclock stable at 3200Mhz.

My question is if its possible to buy another 2x4 kit but this time at 3200 and get all 4 sticks to run at 3200Mhz stable.

I feel that its better to have all the ram at the same speed without overclocking, There might be potential issues with running them in this configuration. I'm not sure though
