Random programs keep poping up

So every 60-90 minutes a random program (I dont know what one ) will just start itself and close in matter of a second, I wouldn`t  mind it if it ditnt take me out of games when I played. If someone knows how to fix it please tell me. I also got a HDD for mass storage, because I had only an SSD and this problem started 3-4 days after I got the new HDD instaled in the pc, and also I think it deleted my Wold of Tanks from my pc

Look up World of Tanks in the search bar where Cortana is (if you have Windows 10) and it should come up

Actualy i have got a similar problem, it just blinks up for less than a second. In my case I think it is the cmd. Anyone got help?

I have seen some glitch with Microsoft Office going around here that sounds exactly like what you're having. I do not know any fixes but I think there may be some solved threads here

Unistaling Microsot Office solved the problem thanks!
