GPU R7 problems

Hello i just got this new gpu and whenever i start a game it starts fine but after a few seconds the screen goes black.. i can still hear the game but i cant do anything. When i installed the driver it said it had finished successfully and it asked me to restart the computer but in the restart it showed a black screen. after this i shut down the computer manually and turned it back on and thats when the games crash after a few seconds. it also shows the error " display driver has stopped working and has recovered fix " is it possible that its a psu problem? but the recommended psu is 450w and mine is 460w

What are the chances that if a game runs perfectly for like 30 seconds and then i press pause and the image is gone that the gpu is faulty?

Just solved the problem by upgrading my PSU to a 500W
