Try driver forced AA ?
Keep in mind, some games doesn't support a specific AA options.

CPU : Core i7 6950X @ 4.26 GHz + Hydronaut + TRVX + 2x Delta 38mm PWM

Us it application controlled in the driver settings?

I don't think forced AA from the Nvidia CP actually works in very many games. You can sometimes force some kind of AA on using Nvidia Inspector, but that's a much more involved process. Some game engines just do not support MSAA.

 

What game are we talking about?
