Can I fix it?

Hello again guys,
 

Well, here is the deal, I own a liquid cooling system that put "fx" in the pumb, I believe it comes with some FX cpu in the same box, but looks like it is doomed, I plug it and the board doesn't recognize it, so, here comes the question.

 

Can I fix it? or at least can I use it as a waterblock, using an external, maybe chinese water pump, and what kind of fluid can I pour in, because, where I live the pc cooling liquid is way to expensive, so I believe I can use like car cooling, or battery fluid or something like that?

I don't want to buy a new cooling system, also, can't afford one.

i think thats the stock one for the 9590

i think you should buy a new cooler rather than trying to fix it; it's an AIO.

 

perhaps DH-15? not water cooling, and performs pretty close to a AIO usually

Here, in Colombia, those systems are quite expensive, and my amd athlon II x4, doesn't need one, I just want a quiet computer..

 

also, I like to fix and mod and stuff, so, I just figure that if the pump is complety dead, would find a reservoir with pump and just use the fx pump as a waterblock...would it work?

have any one else try this? can I put it later on a intel board?
